Spacio may remove listings that violate these Terms, contain misleading information, receive credible reports, or otherwise create safety, legal, or platform risks.
Section 08
Verification
Some Spacio features may require identity, tenant, or landlord verification before they can be used.
Users must provide genuine and accurate information and documents when completing verification.
Verification is intended to support platform trust and safety. It does not guarantee that a user will behave appropriately or that a rental transaction will be successful.

Spacio may request additional information, delay verification, reject verification, or require a user to complete additional checks where reasonably necessary.
Section 09
Applications & Rentals
Spacio may allow tenants to submit applications for properties and landlords to review those applications.
Submitting an application does not automatically create a rental agreement. A rental relationship is created only when the relevant parties complete the applicable acceptance and agreement process.
Users should carefully review rental terms, obligations, payment requirements, and other relevant information before entering into a rental arrangement.
Section 10
Payments & Transactions
Where Spacio provides payment-related functionality, transactions may be subject to additional payment terms, processing requirements, and applicable fees.
Users are responsible for reviewing transaction details before confirming a payment.
Where third-party payment providers are used, payment processing may also be subject to the provider's own terms and policies.
Keep payments on the platform
Where Spacio provides an official payment process, users should use that process and remain cautious of requests to make unusual payments or transfer money through unofficial channels.
Section 11
Communication & Platform Safety
Spacio may provide communication tools to help tenants, landlords, and other authorized users communicate about rental activity.
To support safety, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, moderation, and platform administration, communications sent through Spacio may be reviewed or retained where reasonably necessary and permitted by applicable law.
